This is the first "for Dummies" title I have bought. I would not recommend this sort of publication to anyone who is a beginner or starting out or self helper. The images are very,very poor mono photographs, the publisher would have been advised to use diagrams to illustrate the techniques for I fear that the obscure images used will only lead to mistakes and failure due to their very,very poor quality, I have seen better in amateur photography class. Secondly, this is an american publication so anyone from the UK will find it limiting insofar as the equipment, descriptions, ingredients, techniques and many other subjects and items are totally irrelevant. In conclusion a thoroughly disappointing experience.
