Put one in my husbands car and it melted on the dash with the sun, what a mess it has made. Not a happy bunny. Be very careful what type of dash you are using it on. No instructions with this when it arrived. Didn’t know you couldn’t put it on hard plastic, why are you selling these without warnings

The pad is sticky as it should be to hold onto any surface but the problem is the side of the pad where you would place something such as a mobile phone. That side is way to sticky and when you go to remove whatever you have placed on it, the whole pad comes up with it. I've had better sticky pads in the past but this one is very poor.

I have bought these before. This one is much thinner than the last one I bought and does not do the job nearly as well. It will not hold a pen and I would not trust it to hold the weight of a mobile or my glasses. Will not get one again.

For the first three journeys this was great but then it started to loose its stickiness and the phone wouldn't stay on. Already in the bin.

The tray is of a very soft silicone material with a sticky quality. If it gets dusty or gritty, it will wash under the tap and revert to virtually-new condition. The two slits are just wide enough to hold a modern slim smart phone vertical in landscape mode if it is uncased but otherwise, as the slits are pretty narrow and not very deep, the softness of the material means the phone will fall from the holder under braking or turning forces. A good item for holding coins, pens, etc. on he dash—but not the best phone holder.
