Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Save on Brakes
My bike has 160mm front and 140mm rear Cable discs as standard and I wanted to upgrade them in size a bit, I purchased 2 of these but wasn't 100% sure they were right (I knew they were post mount to post mount but was unsure about the sizing I needed, and the descriptions in these listings does'nt clear it up for you unless you already know the terminology) Anyway, After a bit of faffing around, trying to decide which washers were required and which weren't (there are some very fine tolerances at play here, so removing washers was the only way you get it to fit properly, Also my brakes already use a spacer so with this on there are two, figuring out which to put next to the fork took a while)) but after about an hour I got the front on properly (I had to adjust the calliper position as well) The rear was much quicker (about 20 mins including adjusting the calliper) So now my brakes are 180mm front and 160mm rear, I reused the front disk on the back and bought a new 180mm disk for the front. First ride out last sunday proved the brakes are much more powerful than they were, a very worth while upgrade.... AxeRead full review

Great quality part. Saw some, exactly the same for a tenner more, that looked cheaper. Really, nicely finished. The threads were well cut, with no burrs, to interfere with fitting to a bike. Worked brilliantly for fitting my XTR calipers.
