Does exactly what it promised.
I can't rate this stuff highly enough. I dropped the Blue Stuff in boiling hot water for 5 minutes. When it was soft and pliable (careful with those fingers!), I pressed a plastic item from my tabletop wargame collection into it that I wanted to make a copy of. The Blue Stuff hardens in minutes. I removed the plastic piece and then used some of the epoxy putty Green Stuff to press into the mould. 4 hours later, I had an exact copy of the piece I needed and I could re-use the mould to make a few more pieces in the same way. Once I was done making copies, I just dropped the Blue Stuff into hot water again and now I can re-use it to make other moulds. Excellent stuff!
The blue is just genius, I had to leave mine in a cup of boiling water for 5mins, not 3 as stated, takes a perfect mould, sets really quickly and of course can be used again and again and again..... As for the green, this is very useful, in my case, when set, it stayed somewhat flexible, which for me was ideal for my project. I'm very impressed with both products.

Both worked well for the uses I needed them for-moulding intricate badges. Blue stuff captures small details nicely and the greeen stuff duplicates them nicely, I would recommend the full 24 hours for full cure. Sanding is no problem. I can't say about painting as I haven't got around to it yet. Enjoyed using both, so much so I reordered some more!

Amazing stuff.
I'd bought a kit sometime back and had received on one of the knees 2 of the same side in error. As this kit was now out if production I was a little stuck. Came across this stuff and seemed the easiest way to create the missing part. Really easy to use and once the green stuff had cured I was able to sand it down and paint and now have 2 working knees and the project continues. Recommended.

Blue stuff is so easy to use for making moulds, and is totally re-usable, with no messy chemicals to mix. Green stuff is great for casting small pieces and filling gaps.
