This is an amazing printer. I have a Prusa clone as well and this one would produce same quality prints. (Once you install a cooling fan) Good points: - Dual extruder - Software very easy to use (Makerbot Desktop). - Use it from day one (no need to expend hours building a kit) - Fairly easy to enclose for ABS printing. Bad points: - Doesn't have print cooling fan, so it is very difficult to print PLA properly. (This can be easily fix installing a cooling fan on it, Thingiverse is a good place to find a good cooling duct designs) - No temperature or speed control once the print starts ( this is also fixed by installing the latest SailFish firmware, 7.6 or later) I had this printer for a while now and I love it. Over all this is a very good printer for the price and much better option to get into the 3D printing world than getting all frustrated with a kit you have to put together and software difficult to learn how to use. If you are looking to get into 3D printing, and you are in a budget, this is a much better option than a Prusa i3 clone Kit. Most i3 kits are not really easy to put together and the build quality is not the best. I have build many i3's and the only one I would really recommend (apart from the Original Prusa i3 Mark 2) is the P3Steel. The photo shows some prints I have done with this printer.Read full review

I was a bit dubious that this printer would be any good but after a few tweaks (the screws shake loose in carriage) and properly set up it is a good printer for the money. ABS is hard to print with but PLA is a doddle, so I would stick to PLA to start with. Instructions aren't great, but it's not that difficult to work out.

This printer works well, but needs a little TLC when unboxed! i.e. You need to tighten every fixing (they shake loose in transit). Go through the bed leveling routine as well. I have printed a number of items and am happy with the accuracy of the prints.

You just need to make sure you tighten all the nuts and bolts on every thing. Also installing the software can be a right pain in the a¥ But once it’s set up it’s a really good printer. Thanks guys 👍🏼
