If you are purchasing carpet from us, it is understood that you have requested and received a sample to ensure that the quality and exact shade are fit for your purpose. This is especially important as computer monitor settings vary, therefore your monitor may give an inaccurate representation of the exact shade of the product you are purchasing.

Please ensure that upon arrival, your goods are free from damage, as the carriers will not accept a claim if you have signed for the items as in good condition. If there is any evidence of damage, the carriers delivery note must be endorsed accordingly. Our carriers operate a one-person delivery service and delivery is usually either to your front door, or if a block of flats, to the main entrance. If you are expecting large or bulky items, we recommend that you ensure there is sufficient assistance on site to accept the delivery.

We advise that you should not arrange for installation of goods until they are in your possession. Although we will quote a delivery date in good faith, delivery dates may be subject to events outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, mechanical breakdown, etc.

Please inspect your items before installation to ensure that you have received the correct product and that the item is free from visual defect, as no such complaints can be accepted after the goods have been cut or installed.

If for some reason you are simply not happy with goods received, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the items are in original, uncut, unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for all return carriage costs and arrangements regardless of whether the delivery has been accepted from the carrier or refused at the point of delivery. Goods are returned at your own risk with regards to any transit damage occurring during their return. We can not accept for return any items that have been altered, cut or tailored to your specifications.
