Reading this book literally has changed my life. I have now been able to set realistic goals and thing have started to change for the better. It's not magic, it has been difficult implementing theses changes but I've somehow found it easier after reading this book than when I have before. I've been struggling with weight loss for 3 years after my 2 births, after using the exercises in this book is have been able to set a goal (running 10k by next year) and I lost half a stone in the first week by cutting junk food out and doing a couch to 5k workout. I know these things are obvious when trying to lose weight but I was stuck in a rut and this book helped me out. I can see the exercises in this book making lots of other changes in my life in the future and most of it it things you already know and probably do, it's just learning how to use it right.
