The Chef Aid Sink Strainer is a small metal plate that has a sunken mid section pierced with holes. It is designed to fit in the drainage hole of the kitchen sink in order to prevent larger pieces of food washing away and clogging up the drain. Since it is made from aluminium it is highly durable, and can withstand high-temperature liquids poured directly into it.

    Aluminum Sink Strainer

    Small, light weight, cheap small innovative product to help you avoid the hassle of plumbing works (cleaning your clogged kitchen sink trap). Being made of flexible aluminum, it tend to bend or curve (need to adjust fit). A possible improvement is to swap aluminum by INOX steel

    Nice product

    It looks good but bigger than I thought for a bathroom basin and it is pretty flat. Better for a flatter sink rather than very curved. We are still using it though. Big improvement.

    Does the job exactly.

    Good quality and will not rust as it is aluminium. Fits the sink drain hole perfectly and easy to shake bits of waste into the rubbish bin.
