I got this book as alternative to the gym. The book starts off with lots of stretching exercises that are very good and a good enough reason to keep the book. Then it goes into the exercises. Ahh man these exercises are so hard, there's so many too! To be honest lots of them are variations of the same exercise. At the end of the book it shows you how to create your own workouts. At the end of the day it boils down to you studying the book, creating your workouts and actually doing them. The price of the book is half the price of a months gym membership so well worth a go.
