I'm delighted with this book. It has in excess of 200 pages containing clear and easy to understand recipes and coloured photographs. There are chapters on making chocolate truffles, couture chocolates, chocolate bars, cakes, biscuits, patisserie, ice creams and sauces. The author, William Curley, has put together a great book for anyone seriously interested in working with chocolate and learning the skills to become a chocolatier. I can highly recommend this book for inspirational ideas.
