Make sure you don't just unpack and plug it in expecting it work on Windows 10. You need to install software from disc first to get functionality. Even then the SoftAP app crashes every time I try to run it. Could be me or my PC but I'm IT savvy and have tried a few times...

The adapter doesn't reach anywhere close to 300mps for me (I'm using it in a room directly above the router), but the signal is steady.
