Description of Parts:-
• Where photographs are used in the listing they will show the actual parts that are included in the sale. Contents will also be set out within the listing description
•All reasonable effort has been made to correctly describe parts and products in the listing description. In any event of a product being incorrectly described or labelled Regis Exhausts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure of the description of parts.
•Although it is recommended that parts are installed by a qualified mechanic the parts sold by Regis Exhausts are manufactured to OE specifications and will replace the parts on your vehicle without any need for modification so can be installed by any competent person using the correct tools and equipment. Under no circumstances shall Regis Exhausts be liable for any consequential loss, damage and/or personal injury due to the fitting of parts supplied to the Buyer.
•We do not cover any additional costs such as recovery, hire vehicle or labours costs in the event of an item failure/fault.
•Any faulty item must be returned to us before any action ie replacement or refund will be issued.
Dispatch and Delivery Policy:-
•We make every effort to dispatch your parts within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment with the exceptions of weekends and bank holidays
•On purchases where payment is made before 1pm (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) we strive to dispatch your goods the same day, although this is not guaranteed
•Your parts will be dispatched to your registered Address unless otherwise requested and agreed.
•Please ensure the address supplied is correct. Incorrect addresses may cause a delay in the delivery the item and may also attract re delivery charges
•You will receive a confirmation email that your parts have been dispatched
•Please make sure you provide your telephone number and where appropriate your vehicle registration.
•Due to the products being metal they will not be left safe and are all despatched on a signed for basis. Please make sure there is someone in to sign for your delivery.
•We use third party courier services for all of our deliveries
•We shall use reasonable effort to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Regis Exhausts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
•Under no circumstances shall Regis Exhausts be liable for any loss of profit or contracts or other consequential loss or damage on the part of the Buyer however caused.
