We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us; however we understand that there are occasions where you may wish to return an item.
 
We have every confidence in our products, but if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
 
In the first instance, please notify us via Ebay of your wish to return a product to us within 14 days of receipt or in the case of faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement of goods.
 
You will then have a further 14 days to return the item/s to us.
 
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition in which they were received, including the outer box or we withhold the right to a refund.
 
We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in the condition in which they were received. Returns are made at the buyer expense unless you are returning a faulty or incorrectly delivered item and have notified us as above. If your item is damaged or faulty and you have requested a replacement, we will send this replacement free of postage and packing charges.
 
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, as we may ask for a photograph of damaged products to speed up the resolution process or may ask for the product to be returned, doing so may affect any refund you may be entitled to.
