I love this dvd set because Delia Smith explains slowly and clearly what she's doing. The recipe book that can be printed from Acrobat reader (incl. pictures) is just excellent especially when you would need a recipe that you see on the dvd. you don't have to write the details down. I recommend it to the people who love to cook, also to those who want to learn.
It gets jammed very often. Very frustrating.

Typically Delia, very helpful, and useful to see her actually going through everything. For the man in the kitchen I found it very good and you can print off the recipes as well. Having to go through everything to find the recipe you want can be a pain but it does not take long. I found it very good and I bought a secondhand copy.
This DVD has lots of recipes on it and as always Delia shows us how to cook in her usual cookery teacher kind of way. I'm not really keen on the format though and would've liked an option to view to whole programmes rather than snipets for each recipe. But on the whole a good buy.
