i've never bought a "used" computer but i have to say after this experience i would definitely buy from these guys again. I wanted a workhorse for my law practice. once you buy a computer and have to add ms office and everything else, the add-ons end up putting an extra $300 or so on to the cost, also, you have to install them all. This came preloaded with everything I need ready to go, it was plug and play pretty much, which was great because I needed to start using it right away and I did.

This is still a relevant laptop for office users. will it run cad well, probably not fast enough but it is, especially with the addition of an ssd, quite capable and comfortable laptop. It worked and it was clean.
