I purchased this PC because mine had crashed. I knew what I was buying, and it is as advertised. I was disappointed that there was not any SD card slots, and the delivery time was a couple weeks. That is really the only reason that I rated it a 4 star. So far everything is working well. If you purchase this it will take a couple of days to get through all of the updates from c Windows, but don't get discouraged.

I bought this PC for a co-worker who explained to me that we're going to Best Buy after work to buy a new PC since their old one wasn't working anymore (hint: it was still running Windows Media Center Edition). I knew some sleazy sales person would take advantage of my co-worker and also knew he doesn't use the computer more than once a week for paying bills and checking his email. I bought this for him knowing it would fit the bill perfectly - and his budget. Sure enough, after it arrived and I set it all up for him he was quite ecstatic. Nice clean machine. I tried to upqrade to Win10 but if didn't make it, thank God. I like the Win7 Pro that's on it. It works great. Very fast and handles running Facebook and Twitter at the same time on Firefox. I had to spend some time updating what needed it but worked fine out of the box. After a couple of weeks I am quite happy with it. This is the second one I ordered. I feel the same about both. The only difference is the first was a smaller version than this one. It fits better in the cabinet upstairs alongside a 24in. monitor. I found the Dell site to download the manuals, etc. very easily using the number that shows up with Belarc Adviser. For the price I don't think I could have found a better deal.
