I would say. The product came as it described. It's working great, only thre sencond battery doesn't work. But, it's alright. You use best when you plug the adapter to the outlet. For the cartridges, please choose the 36 needles or 42, it will save your time n efficiency results. Trust me. You will fall in love as long as it cones to your door. I am the example. Lol

I was so excited to see receive my package which arrived in a very timely manner I use the micro pen and was pleased on how smooth the machine was it didn't vibrate very much and had nice adjustments however on the third use the button for on off broke it's now stuck in the on position and can no longer change speeds I have to plug it in to the wall to use it and unplug it to shut it off so disappointing could have been a really nice unit

This Dermapen is serving me well, and I like that it allows you to easily switch needle lengths. Microneedling can hurt at some needle lengths though, so I recommend buying numbing cream. Also, the first time I tried to turn on this product, I thought I had been sold a dud because it wouldn't work. I finally figured out that you have to hold down the on button for a few seconds to make it come on.
