Fond memories of the first Dr Who film are sadly not applicable to this slice of sixties kitsch. Despite being set in 2150 everyone is still wearing sixties clothes, and not even trendy ones. If you can put up with hairdriers/ public callboxes as robotising machines and fire extinguisher death rays you might enjoy it. It's a lot easier to believe in an alien planet as in the first film than sixties London posing as a 2150 one. The daleks are magnificent except when they are run over to reveal an empty shell. The bluray copy is very clear but other than that this is little more than a nostalgia trip for me.

To whom it may concern . A Great Performance from the late Peter Cushing as The Doctor trying to defend Earth from Dalek Invasion released in 1966, The First movie is just as good also that came out in 1965,I have both but the first one on Blu-ray Titled Dr Who and the Daleks with the Famous Blue TARDIS ,Two Great Feature Films based on the TV series that went on from 1963 to 2020 . Have left Positive feedback response also.

Nicely cleaned up without going over the top ( can still see the wires holding the flying saucer up ) quite amusing , the music is a bit iffy ant the Doctor is an eccentric inventor rather than being a time lord, This was because the film was for the international market and the Americans would not get it , Also notice it's the first film to use product placement , look for the sugar puff posters as they financed the film , Good sunday afternoon family film , not too complicated and not too violent .
