the basic phone is easy to use. The amplification boost needs to work even if there is a power cut and batteries might be low. As i am deaf I need more volume than is available on the phone at present I can only use it with an extra volume external booster, which is not really suitable.

This is a good product, but not without it's problems In setting up. I find this hard to under stand with a product aimed at people with a dlsabilty like trying to understand the instruction that are printed so small that even with glasses on my brother who helps me get it going had great problems in reading them. Which is shame because it is good product only spoilt by a silly thing. Would recommend it, I nearly put no but hearing how it works and sounds I changed my mind.
