Acceptance of the Order
Once you place an order to purchase a product from www.Home Fair.co.uk, Home Fair eBay Store, Home Fair Amazon Store we will send you a Confirmation e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and the order details. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product from us. Your order may be rejected if we are unable to obtain authorisation from your card issuer for your payment. Your offer is only accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation in the form of the Completion e-mail to you confirming that we have dispatched the products ordered to you. No contract/agreement with Home Fair Ltd will exist until the Completion e-mail has been received by you and your order has been dispatched. Should the item that you have ordered be out of stock or have become unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the situation. We will also refund any monies deducted from your credit card, PayPal. Typographical and Pricing Errors
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been accepted and your debit/credit card or PayPal charged. If your debit/credit card or PayPal has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your debit/credit card or PayPal account in the amount of the charge and Home Fair Ltd's liability to you will thereafter come to an end. No contract shall exist between yourself and Home Fair Ltd until the Completion e-mail is received notifying you that your goods have been dispatched. Home Fair Ltd shall then e-mail you to ask whether you are willing to pay the correct price for the goods or services ordered.
Payment for goods
When you have added a product to the online shopping basket/eBay basket and proceed to checkout you will be asked to fill out a form with your personal details.
The Billing Address must be the same as the Cardholder s Details. If the Billing Address does not match the address on the card being used for payment your order cannot be processed and there will be a delay with despatching your order or it will be cancelled. You will be contacted to verify such details, please ensure you provide a daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
When entering a different delivery address please check that you have entered the address and post code correctly to avoid any problems with sending out your order.
Home Fair Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion or any order that appears to be fraudulent.
Delivery Information
Royal Mail 24 - 1-2 days please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, on rare occasions delivery can take up to 15 working days.
Royal Mail 48 - 3-5 days please note this is not a guaranteed service, on rare occasions delivery can take up to 15 working days.
Royal Mail Items are not classed as lost until 15 working days after their due date.
Courier DPD/Interlink deliveries are sent on a next day service within mainland UK, this is not a guaranteed service and may take longer.
With DPD/Interlink and Royal Mail Recorded deliveries, if no one is available to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for collection from a local depot. Customers must collect the item from the depot within 3-4 days or it will be returned to Eclipse Racing Ltd upon which a charge is incurred for re-sending the item. If the customer cancels the order, the charge of the item being collected and returned will be debited from the total amount originally paid for the goods. Please ensure that when you place an order someone is available to sign for the goods to avoid such problems.
Guarantees and Warranties
Our products (except consumables) are guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Most products include instruction manuals which provide detailed information on the product s warranties. In some cases the supplier may require that you complete and send off warranty registration documentation. These guarantees and warranties do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any queries regarding the product s guarantee or warranty, please email info@Home Fair.co.uk prior to purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will be made for orders cancelled within 7 days of ordering or for items returned within 7 days of delivery. All goods returned for refund, must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, unopened and in a perfect re-saleable condition to Home Fair Ltd by insured post at the sender s expense. Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Items which are not faulty and are returned after 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover the costs associated with sending out the item and the administrative time.
Full refunds will be made if the product ordered is delivered damaged or is faulty or if the product that is delivered differs from the one that was ordered. If the item was faulty, Home Fair Ltd will refund all postage costs.
Claims for items that are received damaged must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. After this period, and in all circumstances after 14 days, repair and not replacement will be offered. All repairs will be carried out by Home Fair Ltd or their contractors.
No opened software or DVD s will be accepted for refund. Faulty discs will be exchanged by the manufacturer.
Items such as Aquaflex, You breathe, Mediflo Pillows, the Dr Bee Nasal Aspirator and all feminine hygiene products will not be accepted back for refund if opened due to hygiene reasons.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, however caused, including incidental returns cost.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing, either by email, fax or letter within 24 hours of ordering. If a cancellation is not received within 24 hours of ordering, the product may be returned unopened and in it s original packaging within 7 days for a full refund. Please refer to our refund conditions for more detailed information on our refund policy and the restocking fee.
Returns Procedure
Please follow the following procedure for sending back any item:
•Contact our customer services and inform them that you wish to return the item delivered. They will issue you with a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) to assist us to identify your return when it comes in.
•Enclose a note with your details, your reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
•Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in its / their original packaging) within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a full refund.
•We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. Goods are returned at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or the wrong goods have been supplied.
•We will write to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks during busy times. If you need a replacement urgently then please contact our Customer Service Team.
•When the returned item is received in a satisfactory condition you will where appropriate be credited for the returned goods at the price that you originally paid less up to 25% restocking fee; or a replacement item will be sent out to you; or the item will be repaired and sent back to you.
NB Faulty/ damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.
Complaints
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of the product or the service that you have received, please email info@Home Fair.co.uk with Complaint in the subject line and your complaint details. In the event of a dispute arising, the matter will be settled by an independent arbitrator appointed by Home Fair Ltd.

WEEE Compliance
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Home Fair Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
