The power unit is fine, so far, after having used it once, to buff off some corrosion from vintage metal items. The very serious issue is with the variable collets and attachments supplied with the tool. A) the collets do not allow the attachments to enter 'completely through' them in the way that should be possible, in order to restrict the shaft length of whichever attachment is chosen. Draper needs to re-finish the collets internal bore as there is some misalignment or a burr, preventing the attachment pin from freely passing right through. B) The brass wire wheel started very easily disintegrating, during only 5 mins use at the lowest speed, (which the instructions stipulate). The end result was that the brass wheel had lost a 1/3 of it's bristles, and they either get embedded in your workwear or scattered over a 1.5metre area.I advise using the Dremel brass wire wheel attachment, as it is of a quality that is expected for a power tool. I have ordered a M8 x 0.75mm thread, hand chuck, which may alleviate the collets debacle ?Read full review
