DISPATCH INFO:
We will dispatch all orders within the time frame given on the item listing. The majority of items are held in stock and dispatched from our UK warehouse. UK delivery will take up to 3 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday), unless we contact you to advise otherwise. In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra working day. We do however have an express shipping service. This is an extra charge and will be sent via FedEx Express Next Day (This service does not apply to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, British Islands & some parts of Scotland). This service is available from Monday – Thursday, any orders placed on a Friday do not qualify for next day delivery due to Saturday not being a working day.

We offer a FREE Standard delivery service on all items in our eBay store to the UK mainland
DELIVERY TO:
Jersey and Guernsey are not eligible for free delivery (unless the item can be sent via Royal Mail). If you are to choose the free delivery service option, the item will be sent via the most cost effective means we can provide.
Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions we are unable to ship Some items to some parts of Scotland & British Islands
We can send items to most places within the EU. If you have any queries on your destination please call us Via EBay or you may also email info@nielsencdg.co.uk and we will reply within 24 hours.
LIQUIDS & PRESSURISED GOODS:
Unfortunately, we do have some restrictions on where we can send some of our items outside of the EU. If the item you order cannot be sent via road only, then we will not be able to fulfil your order. We will contact you to advise if we are unable to deliver to your area.
