Bought after reading that lavender oil could help with anxiety. I would say that it does help. As with other products it can take time to gain results but I am convinced enough to keep with this product. The brand is good value and I have experienced no unwanted side effects. I have read that similar products 'repeat' to give an unpleasant lavender taste but have had no trouble - just take with water before a snack or meal. Would definitely recommend.

Besides you burps a lot after taking it, this is an absolute favourite of mine. I am a really anxious and nervous person and has problem with stress. Started kind of 10 years ago. I have tried out tones of products believe me almost everything on the market.nothing seemed to work for me, or at least not for long. Somehow I got used to few which was working then stoped to work. So I tried a different brand fancy one which is lavender extract too and has got purple colour, few of you might know that one too, very good product, however it is very expensive. So I found this capsules this brand is simple, no fancy packaging but still a very good product. Work just as the expensive one but here I get 60 capsules for nearly 7£ there I got 16 capsules for 17£-15£. Huge difference in price and no difference in quality. There you go, now I am relaxed and even if I go to interview or just my kids are over the top, I am still okay and really easily can deal with all these without any problem or stress. I simply LOVE this product. Dice I found them is 5 years now and my mom, my friends and even my hubby is using it occasionally. I recommend this pills for everyone with stress, anxiety or even sleeping issues. It helps me to sleep well at night. No nightmares only one thing more, you don’t need to take 2 a day 1 is enough just need to know what you are using it for. As per, take it at night for sleeping or take it daytime or morning after food for stress. You could reduce the burps if you take the supplement after food. And drink a lot of liquid.
