    I Found these a tight fit in my ancient Bosch WFF1201GB/01 and had to sand down the sides to allow the springs to work. Pulling out a jammed brush the brass tab weld broke off, so always grab the copper braid to pull out if jammed! Once these problems were fixed they worked well and saved the day and at a very reasonable price. NB Avoid breathing carbon dust, a little cloud comes out when removing old brushes.

    They fitted they did

    I received a pair of carbon brushes. Just like the photo, two brushes with coppery cable and a spring each. The rectangular profile fitted the rectangular hole like a nicely designed glove. Don't forget to make sure you insert the brush the right way around. The coppery cable and spring were difficult to fit, but with the use of a thin pointy object they slid in. I needed to modify the strange round retaining bits on the motor to remove the previous brushes.

    Good value, good quality, good service.

    I have to admit I've not fitted these yet as my Bosch washer dryer seems to enjoy mood swings as far as completing a cycle . . . or not. However, the parts look good, were inexpensive and delivered promptly so I have no reason that they will not be effective. The machine is 20 years old so it owes me nothing but I'd like to get it back to being reliable if possible so I hope this cheap fix will do the trick when I can find the time, enthusiasm and energy to investigate the motor and its brushes.

    Good value replacements

    I bought these to replace a Bosch set that were priced at £41.00. These are very good value (£1.75 inc delivery) and they look very similar to the original parts. So good and cheap that I purchased another set to keep as spares.
