Payment
We accept PayPal only. In order to make a payment, your account must:
- be in good standing with PayPal
- be a UK account
- have a confirmed shipping address
If there is anything on the PayPal account that would prevent the seller from having protection, we cannot accept payment. Please have payments submitted within 4 days upon auction completion. We will open an unpaid buyer’s claim automatically after this timeframe. Please do not place a bid unless you are able to meet these requirements
Policies and Returns
By choosing to bid on our products offered, you agree to the terms listed below. If an item is on backorder or out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible with available options. In the event a product is listed with incorrect information, our company shall have the right to refuse and cancel any orders. If payment has been made prior to the auction being canceled, we will submit a refund immediately. We reserve the right to retract any bids for any reason.
Returns: All sales Are Final. In the event a return is allowed, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer must pay for return shipping.
Shipping and Feedback
We ship via FedEx Ground to confirmed PayPal addresses; no exception will be made. Products are usually shipped within 2 days upon payment and delivered within 2-4 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders do not ship on weekends. Tracking information will be updated into eBay when available.
