Does what it says. Easy to install and operate. Instant heat, faster than a panel type. I returned a panel bought first and got this for an outside toilet which is used daily. Hung it on a sloped ceiling about 1.5 metre above the head of sitting person. Will use all 3 bars for winter. Very useful.

I purchased two of these 1800w heaters to replace two old 1300w quartz patio heaters as one packed up. there is no comparison whatsoever. even if I stand 1m in front of them I can barley feel heat due to cold air between. I had them professionally installed to a time switch so the moulded plug needed removing. because of this primrose will not accept a return which is fair enough but no use to me as a patio heater so there going in the bin. I've now purchased one proper 1500w patio heater and wow, I have heat OUTDOORS again. I think they are meant for indoor use to heat a room. save your money and buy a proper quartz patio heater.

Bought this to replace an old wall mounted 2kw fan heater that had become noisy. I was a bit concerned from some reviews that the heat output would be inadequate. However quite the opposite. I am sure that it will never be used at full power. Very pleased.

Although the description says this can be used outside, the instructions clearly says don't put this under rain or sunshine...so don't put it outside unless you have a gazebo or similar

Purchased it for patio wall, lead too short to run anywhere, so would need to run new electrics close by to where it might be mounted... Also too nervous to install it as a permanent outdoor feature, as it doesn't look very well insulated/protected... so it sits in the garage awaiting another purpose.
