I'm quite happy with this machine, it's pretty sturdy and not overly bulky. Fun to use, and the six pack is well on it's way. The only downsides to it are it's rather tall, so anyone under 5ft5 in going to have problems reaching the pads properly and will need a stool/step to get anywhere near the pull up bar. Also there was no tools provided to assemble it, so I had to go and buy them. Overall, it's great value for money though.

I was all excited to get this set up and get on but sadly thats not the case..i assembled the bottom half with ease just had to bang in a couple of bolts with a hammer to get to fit but had to stop due to holes would not line up on the middle and top section Its that bad that im going to have to buy a grider, you cant even get the bolts in(not even in at an angle) i tried using a file but 1hr later and its not even close(thats just one side btw)...i tried to assemble the top half to see if it would make a diffrence but got low ceilings The manufacaturer screwed up big time(btw you dont get tools inside the box)

Highly Recommend this piece of equipment, it looks and feels solid .Fixed together using 10 mm bolts it's very sturdy virtually no movement when I'm Using this equipment . Assembly was easy apart from the fact I had to reduce the height of the frame to fit it into my garage has its got a pent roof .It's built with square sections of steel tube and reinforced where it needs to be ...The feet are long which gives it added stability so it's very sturdy ...On first inspection one would say it's value it's worth in excess of its current value...

Goes together in under 30 mins with a couple of spanners and a screwdriver, Once set up it's fit for what it's bought for although seems a bit wobbly with my 125kg bodyweight on the chinning bar. Dips are the right height and width for a 6 footer and for under 50 quid it's good enough for me. I bought it for the ab workouts as I've got other kit for the other 2 exercises. A couple of small chips on the paint due to the way these are packed but overall 9/10. Wouldn't trust it with more than 150kg b/w though let alone 200.

Its not easy to assemble. It took me more than an hr. You need lay/ arrange in order the materials and do not tighten as if you don’t redo i case you missed some especially the mid part. The pull/chin part its not that good as no enought room to maneuvre but the leg raise is perfect as the back against your hold is in perfect pisition that the result it target the stomach well when you raise your legs.
