I have found this to be very effective for my knee which has osteoarthritis. It is easy to use (I use it twice a day) non greasy. Prices vary depending where you buy it (like most things) but having tried a few other gels/creams and not wanting to take pills I find this is the best I have come across.

I cannot say for definite if this has helped my aches and pains. I used it, but, along with other products I have tried, I have not really had much relief, sorry, but that's the way it is. It may work for other people, but I am unable to categorically recommend it, as it didn't really work for me.

I was beginning to think this was a placebo as I was not originally feeling any effect from using bit. As.it is ingested through the skin I decided to mix it with CBD oil which is usually difficult to get through the skin. The CBD is now penetrating where I need it along with the Flexseq.
