Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Save on Receivers & Transmitters
I needed to upgrade several of my old AM radios to 2.4ghz for 6 of my RCs . For the price of a used Traxxas TQI transmitter and receiver, you'll can get a brand new FS-GTB set and extra receivers are only around $10 vs $30 to $40 for some other ones. I've program 6 receivers without a problem to the transmitter and now have no need for 5 other transmitters taking up space. I have 4 other RC vehicles with TQi 2.4ghz set ups and find setting endpoints and dual rates very tedious by counting LED light flashes. Where as with the FS-GTB the LCD menu is quick and easy to use. Downside is that it requires 8AA batteries, however there are a lot of tutorial videos on how to upgrade to LiPo batteries and changing out and upgrading the power regulator plus other numerous hacks and mods anyone can perform. imo is a part of the point of the hobby. To learn how things work, modify, and problem solve. Read full review

Everything is great about the radio except for it uses eight batteries and the on and off switch sometimes easily turned on accidentally.
