      Excellent picture of the switch

      Thanks to the very clear picture of the switch I was able to see that this was the right one. However I hedged my bets and bought an assortment of switches as well. Soldering it in was not difficult. I used plenty of flux gel and solder wick and a very hot soldering iron. The switch is surface mounted and I picked it up with tweezers when melted. I cleaned up the pads quickly with the iron. I set the new chip in place and soldered one terminal making sure it was straight before soldering the other. After popping the battery back in I checked the LED lit when I pressed the button. I only replaced the broken switch because I considered the other switch had not had much use.
