1. Browsing.
I do my best to provide as many information regarding the items as possible.
What You See Is What You Get in this case means that you see the real items – no stock photography, just the true stuff on sale.
It is my intention to truly represent the colours and texture of the items, however please be aware, that there are many factors that can affect the final image on your screen (different systems, browsers, rendering engines, display settings). Therefore even pictures with the standard and most common (sRGB) colour profile may differ slightly from purchased items.
2. Buying.
By clicking on Buy It Now button the Buyer is signing a legal and lawful contract.
It is also the legal requirement to pay for the purchased items.
Please be aware and just be fair – every purchased (even unpaid yet) item is no longer available to other buyers and it is also a subject to a fee payable by seller to eBay.
If you changed your mind regarding a purchase please send me a message through the eBay and we can easily cancel the transaction avoiding unnecessary cases.
Please also send me a message if you require more time to pay for an item or prefer other payment method.
Please note, every item not paid within 7 calendar days will be re-listed (it may be no longer available if the buyer decides to pay for it after 7 days) unless agreed otherwise during communication process.

3. Packing, Shipping and Delivery.
Packaging: I use recyclable and economical packaging whenever possible. Please do not expect posh retail packaging – enjoy an item and help to minimise the environmental impact of unnecessary products. That also helps to keep the product and shipping prices as low as possible.
If I have made any mistakes during packaging process, please accept my apologies and communicate with me - I'll try to correct the error as soon as possible by re-sending an item or compensate your losses.
Shipping: In principles I ship items to the PayPal confirmed addresses only.
Delivery to different than PayPal address (or unverified address): it is a buyer responsibility to confirm a delivery address in the message box during the checkout process.
Orders placed by 1700 hours are usually shipped next working day. I do my best to ship all orders within the next 24 hours. I reserve the right to contact a buyer whenever problems with delivery address occur. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid delays.
EU Buyers – please note shipping charges before bidding.
ALL OVERPAID SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED VIA PAYPAL AFTER THE BUYER CONFIRMS RECEIVE OF DELIVERY LEAVING FEEDBACK.
Delivery:
Standard 1st and 2nd Class mail does not provide a tracking number. Proof of shipping (Certificate of Posting) can be provided on request. Choose Signed For shipping option if you require a tracking number.
Standard International Airmail does not provide a tracking number. Proof of shipping (Certificate of Posting) can be provided on request. Choose Signed For option if you require a tracking number.
Parcels might be delayed or get lost for the reasons out of my control.
I am not responsible for postal services' industrial actions and any other unforeseen events.
It is the Buyer responsibility to contact me if a parcel has not arrived within 10 days from dispatched notice date within the UK or 14 days within EU. After that notice period I do not take responsibility for any undelivered items.
4. Communication and Feedback
Communication: I will cooperate during the communication process, but I will not respond to blackmailing or abusive messages. All such messages will be reported to eBay.
Feedback: as a message from a Buyer that an item arrived safely and your opinion on service would be much appreciated.
If you have problems or enquirers please communicate before opening a case or leaving neutral/negative feedback. I will try to respond ASAP as this the fastest and the most efficient way to solve the problems.
