I bought similar Givi racks for my previous bike, a Triumph Tiger. I like these quickly detachable racks as I only use the panniers occasionally and don't like all the framework on the bike the rest of the time. The racks do take only 1 minute to install or remove. Fitting the brackets that hold the racks takes about an hour. If you are fitting to a BMW, as I was, you need Torx bits to undo the BMW bolts. When fitting the rack holding brackets study the instructions well as the top rear bracket can be installed upside down. (Yes I did!). The panniers are great value and are plenty big enough. The look also really complements sport or touring bikes and are a fraction of the price of BMW panniers. (The BMW panniers are beautifully made but if, like me, you use panniers twice a year they are too expensive). Remember also that if you change bikes these panniers will sell on as people are always looking for second hand, quality, luggage. A satisfied customer.Read full review

Quality product from Givi.Fitment is very discreet.Certainly less obtrusive than the OEM carriers. If your not using your panniers regularly these definitely make sense.Fitting panniers literally takes seconds after initial installation. Very happy with the panniers as well, look really good on the Bike.

Good quality bracket and panniers. Easy to attach and remove. The instructions for mounting the bracket could be a bit better, but are OK if you are mechanically minded.
