This is by far the best bit of kit i have ever bought for training, not olny does it store all of your results but it gives you a clear indication of how well you are doing.All your routes when on the Garmin web site (which is free )can be store and looked back on at any time. if you run a lot buy one they are really amazing bit of kit. pretty easy to use takes a couple of times to get used to read instuctions

This is such a motivating tool to use as you can track your mile/minute throughout your entire run. The stats are so useful once you've downloaded them.
