Although remotes are easy to use, this one came and didn't work. I tried contacting the supplier and they came back with a lot of different things I had to try including pointing at the TV whilst looking through mobile phone camera. I e-mailed them back the answers and have received no reply in return. I only wanted this remote to put the timer on and off as mine original box has stopped doing this, but no joy!!!
