Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Save on Oil Filters
I prefer to always use genuine manufacturer's filters. On the one occasion, when I was erroneously sold an oil filter for my Peugeot car {amazingly, by an actual Peugeot dealership}, I found that the oil pressure light took several seconds longer to go off. I took off the filter to find that the drain holes in it were of a slightly differing diameter to the part number specific to the years of manufacture for my precise model. This problem would be unlikely to arise for a Suzuki motorcycle, as they seem to use the same filter for a large range of their bikes, bu the problem could possibly arise if one were to use a pattern part, regardless of the pricing point of said item. Best to play it safe.
