The mad man, John Barrow, is accused of doing these things. Oswald must find out the truth in order to save him and reveal the true facts. Then the facts are revealed - he is dealing with people he knows. He is not sure what to do but must act and decide soon. There were some unexpected twists and turns, red herrings.
