Who loves the wind orchestras, for them it is a real pearl! Fantastic group, excellent playing aknowledge. The CD is perfect, the quality is good, but the record is a little bit stilly.

Wonderful Score to listen to 10/10....
Brassed off is a Great Film and its Original Score by Trevor Jones is great to listen to it also includes Grimethorp Colliery Band.

Having watched the film, we just HAD to have the soundtrack! This was exactly what we expected, and more - I defy anyone to listen to this and not thoroughly enjoy it: even those who think they aren't "into" this kind of music. Alternately rousing and soulful, there's something for every taste here. I have to agree with the comment on the inside cover of the CD though - for full effect, you need to blast the speakers off the wall! If the neighbours don't like it, you need new neighbours! Incidentally, we would recommend anyone who hasn't seen the film to buy a copy - you will not be disappointed, and you will find yourself watching it over and over again: fabulous stuff from a time sadly passing.Having watched the film, we just HAD to have the soundtrack! Brassed Off
I have seen the film many times and love it. I especially love the music played and one day decided I would like to hear it again and again. I decided therefore, to have the original soundtrack. I am delighted with it.
