1.2. The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and Tooltime Tools, (hereinafter referred to as “Tooltime Tools”).
 
2. Offer & Acceptance
2.2 When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, eBay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends to you an order confirmation via eBay messages confirming your order or by a dispatch notification.
 
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
3.1. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. If it’s found that the return is based on a customers/buyers mistake i.e. Size then we withhold the right to deduct our outgoing P & P Charges from any refund.
3.2.You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by using the eBay Cancelation Dispute Procedure or by contacting us through the eBay Ask Seller A Question Link.
3.3 You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused in the original condition they were received in and returned at your expense. We also recommend you use a recorded delivery service as Tooltime Tools will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
 
4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are not included in all the item prices quoted.

5.1. We deliver to the countries listed within the individual Listing. If your country is not listed we do not ship that item to your destination.

    more Wallace than grommet

    Could be good value if you only want to use in something in a wide open space . What do I mean? These grommets stink of something putrid and dangerous. I have washed them and left them outside in all weathers for months and they still stink and so cannot be used. I brought in to the house one grommet and came back after half an hour and the room stank of something worse yet akin to mothballs or formaldehyde.

    Grommets

    I bought these grommets for a solar set up but forgot to use one on the day. I would have to break, what looks like a perfectly good deal on my on my solar cable box. So I left the grommet off. This looks like a good quality set of grommets. Many different sizesso I'm sure I will Get around to using them at so.e point. Would recommend.
