New condition, apart from some kind of spillage on the front (glossy) cover, so 'shop soiled' (in old parlance) rather than used. A wipe with some damp paper towel removed that. All pages were clean and unmarked, with no damaged page edges or dog ears. The PIN code for online access was also intact, which was a bonus. Since the current latest edition is the 14th (June 2020), whereas this was printed in 2011 (12th ed.), this was a good trade-off for my needs for the price.
