Seller changed reciepe I had been purchasing for two years, wanted to send 'new version'back but she was only offering a partial refund. Disappointed at the sellers lack of resolve and poor customer service, particularly since I'd been buying for a couple years now. She had an amazing product and decided to create a new version without mentioning changes in her description, had the gull to advise me I should have advised I wanted to the old product, how was I to know? Not good customer service

What is the hatred for? You should have returned the item and not looked for ways to get other items for free. Since the essential oil supplier has been changed, the aroma of the product has become milder, but its properties have remained the same wonderful. Dear buyer, you left feedback about yourself.
