Having had this laptop since the 27th December (13 days), I am not impressed as I bought this machine which should be superb spec: 8GB memory and 2TB hard drive, but sadly due to already pre-loaded Mcafee security and something called Avast, I am not happy at all as it is not easy to get rid of this unwanted application. Secondly, I prefer google chrome and all of the inbuilt settings intentionally prefer Microsoft Edge browser and after loading Chrome twice, I gave up and am considering my options. I hate Microsoft for doing this as I hate MSN and do nit want to see mews that deflates and depresses me, I would like to switch on and write poetry or do something more useful. The internet has some wonderful sites, interesting historical and entertainment but I do not understand Microsoft and their brothers in arms caking my whole machine with Cortana, Edge and other utilities that just fill heads and machines with junk. This may not seem a fair review, but to hell with it, I paid good money and I have spent the better part of this last 2 weeks trying to change the horrors built into this machine and as with spending good money, as a simple customer, I would like a choice instead of being cajoled and forced into using second rate applications that Microsoft and MSN would like me to use to spy on me, use my information and try to force me buying something else. Only one little mark on it but it didn't matter it's a very good laptop at a very good price and would recommend it to anyone,I've only had it a few weeks but have found no problems with it up to now
