    Super Printer, Usual HP Bloatware in the Dodgy Drivers...

    This is a Super Printer, simple to use with great print quality and ink tanks that should last for ever, it even looks good! However, it took an age to install the correct driver for my older Windows 7 Pro (which I'm very happy with and don't want to upgrade). Tried first with Windows printer install Wizzard, which seemed to be OK, but several printer features were missing on completion. Deleted and tried the latest driver from the HP website, better, but again some features missing. Deleted again and tried a third and final time and everything was perfect! I've found from many years of using HP printers that they always include a whole load of 'Bloatware' that you don't want or need. At least now there are better options during the installation process to decline most of the unwanted ...

    nice printer but it has it's problems

    it is a good product but is slow at printing photos not as quick as my last HP printer and keeps saying there is a problem when there is no problem and ink replacement are hard to find for sale as no one keeps them or they are always out of stock or they cost more than the old cartridges which is not good

    Brilliant printer at a great price.

    Great printer, my kids set it up in no time. Prints lovely photos and is very simple to use, the kids like being able to print straight from their phones. Very happy customer.

    Better quality print than my other printers. Easy to refill ink. Good looking item.

    Look Elsewhere

    Had this a few weeks and have had continuous issues with black printer head errors. From other reviews I've read looks like this is a design or quality issue with this model. On top of that, the printer is slow, very noisy and feels cheaply made. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Also, HP support are hopeless - after nearly a day of webchat, they're going to replace the whole printer but I have no confidence a new printer of the same model will be any better. And the replacement is coming from Czech Republic so will take a week to get to the UK, and is coming with no ink so I will lose the £50 of ink that came with the original printer as it's in the tanks of the faulty one and can't be got out apparently.
