This is a must to protect the underneath of the vehicle from weather elements causing corrosion, which is often overlooked. It is best to have a recommended car mechanic to apply it for you or to have the car jacked up on a ramp. The anti corrosive application is very easy to apply with a brush and dries quick. It's best to leave the application to dry fully overnight but not necessary. The 2.5 litre tin is enough for any size car and great value. I have applied it on a medium size car and there is still half a tin left. Just have to be careful when applying it and avoid any splashes on the actual paintwork of the car and wear PPE.

This is a good underseal for vehicles. I have used this for years. It is easy to apply, cleans up with white spirit and has good lasting adhesion. The underseal has the added ingredient of Waxoyl which is another great product l have used alot. This has the benefit of corrosion protection. A popular area for application on vehicle undersides is in high impact areas such as wheelarches and sills. It can also reduce drumming from road noise too. The tin has a sensible lid that can be resealed if kept clean. It is best to keep a dedicated brush for use with this product and wash it out with white spirit when you have finished applying it.

No need to stir, non-drip, easy to apply with a brush, can work away on the underside of my Defender 110 in stages … clean hands easily afterwards with a cloth socked with white spirit. A 5-litre tin goes a very long way. I also bought the aerosol cans, but prefer the brush version because I have so much control over the surface to be painted, i.e. no stray paint, no need to tape used newspaper anywhere. Most difficult bit is cleaning and making sure surfaces to be painted are dust and dirt free and dry.

I used it on my classic BMW 325 soft top which had some light surface rust underneath. The product was applied for me by a friend using a brush at Formula 1 and has formed a lovely smooth underbody that looks superb. The material has stayed soft and pliant and looks as though it will protect against stone chipping etc for years to come. Thanks to my friend for such a careful and thorough job!

As a user of waxoyl in the past...I do rate it ...can be messy......but it works. The waxoyl underseal combines the two! Gives the appearance of underseal but has waxoyl in it so more resistant to water/salt than std underseal. It doesn't dry out like std underseal, When it drys it remains softer so doesnt crack like ordinary underseal.. If applying close to paintwork mask up paintwork and clean of any over paint with white spirit. And as it says it does come off? Best to apply various coats if needed as apposed to one thick coat? I painted one coat let it dry over night then applied a second coat the day after. I was luck that I picked two days that didnt rain so I was ok. Defiantly recommended .
