We have been fans of the Puzzle Buzz magazines for a couple of years, but recently purchased the Puzzlemania. My daughter is excited about them because they appear slightly less juvenile to her big girl eye and they are more challenging....not to mention they have more pages. These books are every bit as thick as a standard magazine like Taste of Home or Better Homes. There are a few places where my daughter might need some coaching or help with the puzzles, but all in all, I think it was good change.
When I was a kid I had braces for my teeth, the Dentist had these magazines in the waiting room. These are a Tradition, a kid Magazines for the ages. A fun way to learn and open up the young mind to fun things. Puzzles and games even stories that appeal to kids and adults who bother to see and peruse each page. I am 53 and was send a daughter, using todays technology I happen to stumble across an ad for HighLights magazine, though used still a ton of learning in these pages. It brings back memories and teaching my girl some things, it's rather fun, she digs the magazines. I am very pleased I came across the ad and bought them. Thanks Compared to todays kid stuff, this is still the best way to learn new things for kids.
We have these at our school from time to time and it gets young minds off of the computer and causes them to be mentally challenged in a fun way!
