They are estimations only and they allow a full 10 business days for delivery for Tracked Orders and 13 for Parcel and Large Letters Orders! None Tracked 48/24 Services do not come with Full Tracking. They come with delivery confirmation only. So once a delivery has been attempted tracking information becomes available. Tracked 48/24 services come with Full Tracking and the ability to Rearrange or Redirect a Delivery these are also not a Guaranteed Service but perform better than our FREE Service. If a Guaranteed delivery time is requires then please choose Special Delivery.
1. Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and 2oolz, (hereinafter referred to as “2oolz”).
2. Offer & Acceptance
When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, eBay will send you an eBay message confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends an order confirmation via eBay messages to you that we ve accepted your order or dispatched it to you.
3. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. If it’s found that the return is based on a customers/buyers mistake i.e. Size then we withhold the right to deduct our outgoing P & P Charges from any refund.
You may cancel by giving us notice in the following way: by a notice in writing using the eBay ‘Ask Seller a Question’ Link.
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned at your expense and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
4. Prices and delivery costs:
4.1. All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are not included in all the item prices quoted.
4.2. Please refer to the individual Listing for Shipping Charges.
4.3. Shipping Charges include the actual shipping cost plus, Insurance and packaging material.
5. Delivery
5.1. We deliver to the countries listed on the individual item listing. If your country is not listed we do not ship to that destination.
5.2. Please refer to the individual listing for delivery times. We only ship Monday – Friday Excluding Bank Holidays.
6. Payment Methods
6.1. Click the Pay Now button at the top of the listing to immediately proceed with eBay’s checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase. You can Check-Out Later if you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. eBay will automatically send you an eBay Message within three hours of an auction closing or you can just navigate to your eBay purchase history and initiate payment directly.
You may also continue purchasing additional items from our listings or eBay shop. Make sure all of your listings have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout so you can pay for them all in one go.
7. Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the 2oolz until the buyer has paid for the goods in full.
8. After-Sales Services
Any complaint regarding the goods or services supplied should be made by using the eBay ‘Ask Seller a Question’ Link.

9. Storage and Accessibility of the contract
The contract’s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order’s data are not available via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
