The worst thing about this drill is that it causes extreme covetousness envy and jealousy, NEVER EVER LEND IT (not even without the charger as your "mate" won't return it when the battery goes flat - he'll buy himself a charger then swear blind that he returned the drill). ENGRAVE YOUR NAME ON IT. The review is not actually of the drill I bought on eBay but one that I bought years earlier. Allegedly this drill was once the worlds most powerful cordless but since lithium ion powered drills came out this may no longer be true. (Battery is nickel cadmium on these) The hitting power of this drill is tremendous, brick, concrete and stone can all be drilled easily. Excellent for fitting anchor bolts. Battery life is not as good as new Milwaukee lithium ion powered drills however. (Milwaukee now has a five year guarantee on their batteries) Anyhow I missed the Hilti so much that I've bought another. I'll just have to be careful that scroat "mates" don't see it. (the Cornish are still pirates given half a chance)Read full review
