This particular design is nice and unique compared to the standard holo sights you see, this one has a hood which also has side openings which means you get glare protection without the darkness some holo sights have with a fully enclosed hoods, the holes in the side allows more light trough. Nice locking mechanism to hold the zero once you've tuned it and the quick release frames makes it great to make your rifle easily transportable. Just remember to put a marker on the rail as to where you had the sight to ensure the zero is still true next time you mount the sight. Paralex is good but not perfect, but for the cost of this sight it's more than acceptable and performs as well as any other good sigh made for the airsoft market. I like the fact that this sight doesn't have the external knobs protruding like you see on other sights which could easily get grazed/knocked and ruin your zero. This is all done with an allen key for elevation, windage, with the added bonus to lock it all in afterwards with another locking mech. Also the intensity and on/off are tactile buttons which is a bonus and removes those protruding dials on other sights. Not tested the battery performance yet but i expect it will last as long as most sights on the market, the brightness at 9 levels is very good and leaves a very good reticle in the line of sight which ever of the 4 patterns you chose to go with.Read full review

I wasn't expecting a lot for the money to be fair. It's one of the cheapest red/green dot sights I've seen. But when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It came very well packed in a nice box and with everything needed including batteries, screen cloth and two allen keys. Sadly the 3 x AG3 batteries it came with didn't last beyond my initial testing. At first I thought the green LED had stopped working as I could see the red ok. But once I replaced the batteries it worked just fine. In my case I didn't even have to zero it as it was spot on straight out of the box. What I like about this one is that it's quick release, but it also doesn't interfere with my iron sights. So if the batteries do die mid game I can switch to traditional targeting.
