I bought this product for the handheld part of it. It's a bit annoying because you have to press the button all the time to make it work which is uncomfortable and frustrating but pretty good for steaming curtains, upholstery, hard surfaces etc. I don't really need the floor cleaner, I tried it on my hard floor, that was quite good but I don't think it would be much good on carpets because the water capacity is far too small, I already have a carpet cleaner anyway. The instructions as to how to fit the bits together are not particularly good

this is one of the cheapest awkward steamers I have used. was not that cheap and is next to useless. the pad is flimsy not gripping ,staying on and the attachments would be better on a child's toy.

Works well but would like to see a couple of extras. A shoulder strap when using the hand held unit and also a tool for upholstery. Otherwise fine - good value for the money. Don't expect a forceful jet of steam - that's found in more expensive models.
