The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Mower arrived in the shortest possible time. This is my second buy from Genpower and they are really good. Anyway the mower looks good and is well made with some nice touch’s. Such as the flap on the grass box, which stops opening when the box is full. Who would have thought of that. Anyway very pleased with the product and pleased with the price I paid. Oh and it appears to be brand new, the wheels look as it they have moved anywhere. Very pleased.Mower arrived in the shortest possible time. Great value mower
I've owned a few petrol mowers and know what I need from them. This is a great value mower, as it's predecessor had broken and would've cost £150 to repair, buying new with a 3 year warranty for £265 was a good option. Like most mowers you need to assemble the handles and cables, fill with oil and fuel. The instructions were clear and this took 15 minutes. Starting was easy and even though the grass was a little wet I couldn't resist giving it a try. It was noticeably better moving across and cutting wet grass than previous model. The xhite didn't block and the bag filled to capacity before needing emptying, which was another improvement. Overall, from an initial impression, this is a great value mower, easy to operate, light to turn and provides good traction even n wet grass. Not ... Good Value Lawnmower
Recived very promptly. Easy to put together and use. Starts straight away, much easier than my previous mower. Gives a good cut and has lots of functionality including mulching, rear discharge, side discharge and grass collection. Very good value for the money

Great, easy to use machine
An excellent machine - such an improvement over my old one. Set up was straight forward and I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. Compared to previous mowers, the engine is pretty quiet and smooth. The mower is easy to start and manoeuvre, and the self driving wheels make the chore of grass cutting almost a pleasure!

The self propelled system made light work of my sloping lawn. The large capacity grass box reduced the number of stops. Easy to clean & store after use.
