Payment:
All orders must be prepaid. Orders will be sent out ONLY once the payment has cleared.
Shipping Policy:
We are based in UK. All items are shipped from our warehouse in the south of England.
We aim to deliver items within 2 - 5 working days in UK, within 7 - 10 working days in Europe and within 10 - 15 working days for the rest of the World.
If you miss the courier, they will leave a card. Please contact them as soon as possible to arrange either collecting your order from their depot or to arrange a redelivery.
What do I do if my order turns up damaged?
All our products are sent in a secure packaging. We check all our products before we send them, all our products are shipped in 100% perfect condition. You MUST check the item BEFORE you sign for it. If you receive your item in anything less than perfect condition you must sign for the package as "damaged" and notify us within 24 hours by eBay message. If you do not sign for the package as damaged and contact us within 24 hours of signing for your order, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to your item. We will always replace a damaged item if we have enough stock, if we do not we will issue a full refund.
I’ve waited 5 (UK) or 15 (worldwide) working days and my order still has not arrived?
Please send us an eBay message with all your order information which can be found on your order receipt. We will then investigate the status of your order and respond to you within 48 hours to advise its status.
After 30 working days of non-receipt we cannot be held responsible for any missing items or undelivered items. It is your responsibility to report any undelivered items to us within the stated period. If your order is returned to us because you have not collected it or arranged for your order to be redelivered by the courier, then you will be liable for a redelivery charge.
Please note: If your order is returned to us by the courier you may be liable for a redelivery charge.
Warranty / Liability:
All products sold by MRCH LTD are sold ‘as is” to the customer. MRCH LTD are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained as a result of using these products. The removal of any safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Some of our products can affect fuel consumption, acceleration and top speed of your vehicle. MRCH LTD are not responsible of the customers driving technique once our parts are fitted or any additional costs including fuel costs. MRCH LTD are not responsible for the customer’s actions.
